We are recruiting a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across North and South America for a global software solutions company. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current B2B marketing tools and strategies, and lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Under the direction of marketing leadership in Australia, the Digital Marketing Specialist will support the Americas regional expansion in existing and new markets.

Responsibilities: Execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and advertising campaigns. Add-on, build and managesocial media presence. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Collaborate with internal divisions to optimize user experience. Utilize stronganalytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership andperspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field required. 5-7+ years successful and proven experience in B2B digital marketing required. Experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or advertising campaigns. Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.G., DART, Atlas). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
