Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to multiple Case Management units. Answerand route all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system. Receive and distribute faxes to appropriate staff. Respond to general information inquiries with accuracy. Provide back-up support to the Office Manager. Follow established procedures and guidelines for the front desk. Keep the area clean, tidy and presentable. Provide Mail Room support, as needed.
Requirements: 2+ years' experience working as a receptionist in a corporatesetting. High School Diploma required. Must type 50 wpm and will be tested on typing speed. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong customer service. Ability to use good judgement. Excellent multi-tasking abilities and strong attention to detail. Must be able to clear a criminal background check.
