Customer Support Technician - Direct Hire

RESPONSIBILITIES: Enter client orders into internal ERP/MRP systems. Maintain established RMA, spares orders and warranty processes, procedures, and policies.Drive continual process improvement and implement efficiencies as needed. Handle shipping logistics with vendors such as UPS, DHL, FED-EX. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction oradjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: 2 years' experience working in a customer support role in a manufacturing environment interacting with customers and vendors by phone, email and/or chat. Candidates with product returns and repairs experience are highly desired.Demonstrated experience with an ERP/MRP system, preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to research and logically analyze situations; ability to determine and implement corrective action. Professional, diplomatic, focused and able to successfully deal with challenging situations and find resolution forwin/win outcomes. Strong technical and computer skills.
