Customer Support Scientist - Direct Hire
Greater Sacramento Area, CA | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Responsible for field demonstrations, remote diagnostics. Provide high-quality technical support for all products and services to international customer technical support groups and field service engineers. Create effective training documentation, presentations and create technical documentation including field bulletins, installation and training manuals, troubleshooting guides. Provide customer training enabling users to perform all tasks on the system needed to complete the installation and achieveproductive use. Work closely with distributors to clinically and technically support customers in pre- and post-sales situations. Work closely with subject matter experts to expedite solutions and meet customer expectations. Interact with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality and other departments as needed to improve products and customer experience.
Skills: Bachelor's degree in biological sciences and at least 3 years technical or clinical experience and customer, user or industry experience, or Master's degree in Biology or Chemistry. Must have excellent customer service skills. Well defined organizational skills and decision-making ability. Excellent communication skills - ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels.
