We are are recruiting for several Customer Service Representatives for our client in the Roseville area. The Customer Service Representative will answer inbound calls from patients regarding inquiries about patientbilling, as well as collecting on patient debts. The ideal candidate is customer service savvy and should have medical billing and collections experience. This is a long term temporary position with potential for hire with an established company.

Responsibilities: Updates and/or creates new patient statements. Explains statement contents/format, charge entries, billing and collection processes, 3rd party payer activities. Acts as first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and requests by email, phone, and web portal channels. Records, edits, and tracks all customer interactions through customer relationship management tools. Prioritizes service requests and re-assigns or escalates appropriately. Identifies, interprets, analyzes, and researches issuesand seeks resolution to meet customer, expectations and within defined service level agreements.

Requirements: 1 years experience in Customer Service. Experience in medical billing and collections or experience in a medical setting is required. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Bilingual Spanish is a plus! Experience with FQHC preferred. Computer literacy, including Word and Excel; database software and EHR experience a plus.

Pay: $16/hour.
