Responsibilities: Handles member card account management, payment issues and transaction disputes including: opening new accounts, card replacements, stop payments, balance consolidation, closing accounts, credit line changes, payment automation, corrections, fraud and dispute claims, balance transfers, and changes to account products. Provides escalated support to members directly with card services related issues. Completes all applicable card services spreadsheets. Performs debit card fraud operational tasks. Reviews and works various daily reports to include: Lost Stolen, Suspect Activity, Denied Cardholder Activity, Declined Loans, Payment Corrections, and Cash Advances. Performs settlement of debit, credit, and gift cards. Flags all Collection accounts; responsible for daily creation of the charge-off documents.
Requirements: 3 years' experience and specialist training in a Banking Credit Card Services Department. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); business course preferred and some college level courses, or equivalent work experience. Comprehensive knowledge of Visa Rules and Regulations pertaining to Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
