Corporate Recruiter (Healthcare Provider)
Responsibilities: Responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, evaluating and identifying qualified candidates. Manage the development of recruitment and advertising programs. Conduct recruitment efforts through full cycle recruiting including sourcing, prescreening, final selections, offer letters and salary negotiation. Conduct reference checks and other hiring related compliance. Maintain current candidate activity in the applicant trackingsystem (ATS) and compile reports. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in Recruiting related field. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration ora related field is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to articulate to people at all levels of an organization. Detailed-oriented, accurate, thorough and excellent follow-up. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Intermediate to advanced level skills with MS Office. Ability to use good judgement and must be able to clear a criminal background check.
Pay: $30-$40/hour DOE.
