Corporate Recruiter - Direct hire

Responsibilities: Responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, evaluating and identifying qualified candidates. Manage the development of recruitment and advertising programs. Conduct recruitment efforts through full cycle recruiting including sourcing, prescreening, final selections, offer lettersand salary negotiation. Conduct reference checks and other hiring related compliance. Maintain current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and compile reports. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in Recruiting related field. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to articulate to people at all levels of an organization. Detailed-oriented, accurate, thorough and excellent follow-up. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Intermediate toadvanced level skills with MS Office. Outstanding interpersonal skills.
