Responsibilities: Utilize innovative sourcing practices to build candidate pipeline for all levels of positions. Develop and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment practices. Educate hiring managers regarding candidate market trends and candidate feedback as part of ongoing process improvement. Implement best hiring practices, employer branding and comprehensive onboarding program. Identify qualified candidates through proactive sourcing using a variety of tools& practices; including community and colleges engagement. Partner with hiring managers to create the candidate profile and interview guide.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent. Ability to source Software Engineers and other Technical talent. Must have at least 5-7 years' recruiting experience. Previoustechnical recruiting highly preferred. Must be proficient in MS Office suite. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to work in fast paced environment.
