Responsibilities: Greet visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests. Receive incoming packages and prepare outgoing packages. Process daily outgoing mail and retrieve incoming mail, including opening and distributing. Resolve conference room booking conflicts. Assist with catering for meetings. Keep common areas tidy. (copy room, breakroom, collaboration areas, etc.). Assist with administrative overflow and special projects from other departments as needed. Manage office supply orders and maintain appropriate quantities in stock room. Plan, organize and facilitate office activities (employee recognition, volunteer days). Communicate and problem solve with vendors in efficient manner. Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and issues. Other projects as required.
Requirements: Two years Receptionist experience. Minimum: High School Diploma. Exceptional customer-service skills. Effective communication both verbal and written. Must have professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook; must be comfortable working with spreadsheets. Ability to use good judgement and clear a criminal background.
Pay: $16-$18/hour, DOE.
