Contract Technical Recruiter
Responsibilities: Determine and develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels, including the development of full needs assessments and specific recruiting plans with hiring managers for open positions. Directly work with hiring managers in the creation/modification of written job descriptions. Develop andexecute strategies for utilizing social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates, including passive candidates, to develop a talent pipeline. Screen resumes and job applications; schedule for interviews. Conduct the initial interviews for each open position and determine the final top candidates to present to the hiring manager for consideration and interview; facilitate feedback from hiring managers and other interviewers after each interview. Manage the offer/negotiation process, working with the hiring manager and the candidate, and prepare internal and external offer of employment letters. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees to maintain a high visibility as a prospective employer.
Requirements: 5+ years' experience with full cycle recruiting. Ability to successfully source software developers and other IT positions. Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent organizationalskills. Strong ability to analyze and problem-solve. Excellent computer skills.
