Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. Screen resumes, interview candidates, administer appropriate assessments and reference/background checks, make recommendations for hire and delivers employment offers. Research and source active and passive candidates. Create and manage job advertisements and internal job descriptions. Manage the job offers including negotiation and administration, through onboarding. Manage activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Atleast one year of prior recruiting experience. Experience with ATS systems, common recruitment applications, onlineprograms, and tools. Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing solutions. Knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws and legislation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships. Strong follow up skills. Excellent negotiation skills.
