Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. Screen resumes, interview candidates, administer appropriate assessments and reference/background checks, make recommendations for hire and delivers employment offers. Research and source active and passive candidates using various tools such as Boolean searches, Linked in recruiter, data mining, etc. Create and manage job advertisements and internal job descriptions. Manage the job offers including negotiation and administration, through onboarding. Communicate company's core values and culture to potential candidates from interview to onboarding. Ensure regulatory aspects of the full cycle recruitment process is compliant with federal and state legislation. Manage activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least two years of prior recruiting experience with working knowledge of general principles of recruiting. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Experience with ATS systems, common recruitment applications, online programs, and tools. Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing solutions. Knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws and legislation. Excellent verbal and written communicationskills. Ability to build relationships. Strong follow up skills. Excellent negotiation skills.
