Job Description

A financial institution that has been one of Sacramento's 'most wanted places to work' is recruiting multiple Member Service Representatives to join their growing Contact Center in Sacramento. Ideal candidates will have worldclass customer service, contact center experience and possess strong problem solving and technical skills. This isa great temp-hire opportunity with opportunity to grow. Pay: 15-20/hour (depending on level of experience). Contact Center Hours: Mon-Friday 8am - 6pm, and Saturday mornings. Work Schedules will rotate Saturdays.

Responsibilities: Provide quality service in Contact Center environment by processing member transactions accurately and efficiently. Complete checking, savings and loan transactions in an accurate and expedient manner. Provide assistance to members regarding questions or problems with accounts or services. Researchand make adjustments to member accounts as necessary. Conduct each member interaction in a manner to meet our Core Values.

Requirements: High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or relevant work experience. Previous financial institution desired, and 2+years call center experience required. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Must be team oriented and enjoy working in a challenging environment. Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
