Construction Project Coordinator
Roseville, CA | Temporary Position
Responsibilities: Responsible for communication updates and coordination between departments/divisions and stakeholders. Assist with the creating, updating and upkeep of project schedules. Track progress and resolve project delays. Oversee the operations of projects as assigned and coordinate onsite/offsite meetings, stage work and timelines; report on the progress of project milestones and organize project participants, stakeholders and deliverables. Manage all activity in database and project management software. Ensure appropriateproject documentation is maintained, including: access to all data, summary of changes in project plans, customer requests/feedback, evaluations, etc. Other administrative and operations activity as required by the Projects.
Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Project Coordination or Administrative support role with a Construction General Contractor. Strong meeting facilitation, presentation and problem solving skills. Advanced Technical skills with various Operating systems, including high level of proficiency in MS Office and MS Project preferred. High analytical and strong critical thinking skills. Possess Business written and oral communications. Proven ability to complete projects in a timely manner with little supervision or direction. Exceptional organization skills with ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely manner with little direct supervision. Collaborative working style and the ability to develop productive working relations with key stakeholders across all areas and level of the organization, as well as external consultants.
