We are recruiting for a Construction Office Administrator for a small/mid-size commercial construction company in Rancho Cordova. The Construction Office Administrator is responsible for general Office Management support, including management of Risk and Safety procedures. Candidates must have demonstrated Workers Compensation and Environmental Health and Safety experience. This is a great direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities: Oversees the proper and efficient handling of all claims, gathering data on claims for both record keeping and loss forecasting purposes, and estimating the financial value of claims. Reviews and evaluates all work-related accident reports; analyzes data to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements. Participates in strategic planning in order to reduce the incidence of workers' compensation-related injuries. Assembles appropriate medical information and facts regarding claims for cases pending litigation. Builds, maintains, and manages relationships with claims adjusters, insurers, outside legal counsel, and other claims related parties. Works with operations/safety to design and implement action plan on injury prevention. Maintain filing system for project documentation and tracking. Provide timely communication, responses and updates to all parties involved.

Requirements: 5+ years' experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, Distribution industry managing Risk, Safety and Workers' Compensation. Bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge of Workers' Compensation law and OSHA reporting. Strong vendor management and project management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
