Compensation and HRIS Administrator- Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Responsible for all employee compensation reporting, including health benefits and wellness related inquiries. Design, develop and produce HumanResources analytics and reporting. Perform and manage benefits administration. Reconcile benefits account. Providedirection, knowledge, and training on HCM systems to end users and other team members.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field. Subject matter expert with employee compensation and benefits. At least 5 years of compensation analysis experience. Experience with Workday highly preferred. Strong knowledge of federal, state and local laws relating to HR and Benefits Administration. Must be able to produce HRIS reports. Advanced Excel required. Must be analytical, self-motivated and take initiative. Must have previous experience working with a complex HRIS system.
