We are recruiting for a Compensation Manager for a growing organization in the financial sector. The Compensation Manager will plan, develop, and implement new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures in order to be responsive to company goals and competitive pay practices. This position will report intothe Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, and will have three compensation professionals as direct reports. Responsibilities: Manage the administration of compensation programs, including ongoing assessment ofthe compensation infrastructure. Develop and maintain compensation analytic dashboards and tools. Manage compensation data to provide reliable reports and valid statistical analysis, including regression and standard deviation studies. Oversee the job description database and work with leadership to update and/or create job descriptions. Review requests for classification reviews and makes classification/pay level recommendations at the job level as appropriate. Conduct various scenarios of compensation analytics and modeling to assist HR Business Partners and business leaders. Ensure compliance with FLSA and CA law, providing consultation to management. Conduct backward analysis and forward-focused forecasting to accurately predict compensation expenses.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field, Master's preferred. Minimum 7 years experience in compensation management and statistical analysis. Minimum 3 years' experience in a direct supervisory capacity. Prior experience with federal and state regulations in the financial services industry preferred. CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) Designation preferred. Broad knowledge of compensation principles, practices, tools, andsystems. Ability to create and run complex queries using such tools and systems. Strong analytical skills and mathematical skills, with the ability to perform valid statistical analysis and communicate conclusions and recommendations to senior management Strong knowledge of California employment law and regulations.
