A rapidly growing corporate finance consulting firm has an opportunity for a Senior Client Support Specialist to join their expanding team. The Senior Client Support Specialist is responsible for managing business accounts for multiple clients state and nation wide. As one of the integral parts of the organization, the Client Support Specialist will have the opportunity to make a difference by evaluating client support processes and procedures, making updates and improvements, as well as training and developing a team of associates. The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Account Management (not sales), Project Management and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Oversee all assigned accounts and report results to management team. Work directly with clients to complete financecredit projects. Provide training, support and guidance to team of associates. Analyze Standard Operating Procedures, including assistance in writing and updating. Support management with research of incentive programs. Manage multiple accounts throughout the year, including direct client relationship management. Deliver accurate finance credit reports for each working account with little to no error. Effectively plan and prioritize assigned projects to meet business objectives and timelines. Coordinate with team members and management to assist and complete projects as necessary. Participate in client visits as necessary.

Requirements: BA/BS Degree preferred; High School Diploma required. 1-2 years' experience with Federal and State Tax Credits and Incentives preferred. 3-5 years of prior business account management (not sales) experience required. Demonstrated leadership experience. Strong customer service when assisting internal and external customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to navigate a variety of tasks with flexibility. Ability to exercise confidentiality.
