Client Relations Representative
Responsibilities: Resolve simple to complex provider inquiries. Correct errors, troubleshoot and research issues related to member eligibility and benefits, utilization review, practitioner network participation, billing, claims processes, provider updates, member grievances, and provider tiering. Provide web registration and web support for all aspectsof the company's products and services. Facilitate communication between clients, providers, IT, and other internalhealthcare team members. Identify and resolve day-to-day operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and independent judgment. Provide excellent quality service to clients and ensure that there is full understanding of the resolution or action plan.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year call center experience; healthcare background highly desired. High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced communication and customer service skills. Ability to explain complex matters to ensure customer satisfaction. Proficiency with MS Word and Excel. Strong organization & prioritization skills. Highly dependable. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to use good judgement and clear a criminal background check.
