Care Management RN (Behavioral)
Responsibilities: The RN will be responsible for assessing applicants for eligibility for services, provide evaluation, assessments, and consultation, as well as address client needs in alignment with the practice standard procedures. Requirements: BSN or MSN required with RN License from the State of California and one year of nursing experience required. Knowledge of and ability to apply professional medical principles, procedures, and techniques. Excellent active listening and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking; and excellent interpersonal skills, organization, and time management. Possession of exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration with physicians, staff, community health workers, patients and their families. Knowledge of training and consultative techniques, community organization and resources, and programs and services for the developmentally disabled. Knowledge of developmental process from conception through adulthood, health and disease aspects of diagnosis, and treatment and management of developmentally disabled children and adults.
