Call Center/Customer Service Representative(s) - Direct Hire
Downtown Sac, CA
Responsibilities: Respond to VIP and escalated customer service calls, emails and chats related to high end product order status, returns, tracking shipments and other service-related questions. Make outbound calls to inform customers of extended lead times and/or frequent changes in estimated ship dates, offering alternative solutions as needed. Research complex customer issues related to ordering, fulfillment, tracking and returns and resolve to maximize customer satisfaction. Assist customers in selecting products that meet their preferences and budget.
Requirements: 3 years' experience working in a Call Center and/or sales role interacting with customers by phone, email and/or chat. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to research and logically analyze situations; ability to determine and implement corrective action. College degree or comparable experience in interior design, art or related industry a plus. Familiarity with Call Center, Order Processing or Logistics software required. Professional, diplomatic, focused and able to successfully deal with challenging situations and find resolution for win/win outcomes. Strong technical and computer skills.
