We have a great career opportunity for a C-Level Executive Assistant who is experienced in managing direct support for C-Level executive(s) for a healthcare organization. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for all levelsof support to the CEO including complex calendaring, board meeting and agenda coordination, managing financial reports and handling frequent confidentially sensitive matters. The ideal experienced Executive Assistant is highlyorganized and particular to details, confident and strategic in prioritizing the CEO and stakeholders needs and remains diplomatic and objective under pressure. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides complex administrative supportfor the CEO and other Stakeholders and Board of Directors as needed. Manages all forms of communication, takes messages, distributes and/or handles mail/email appropriately. Refers inquiries as appropriate or gathers information for follow-up. Act as point of contact and resource for staff, visitors, and other departments. Coordinates calendaring, meetings, providing support by preparing notices, agendas, and minutes. Compiles and distributes full meeting packets as needed with minimal direction. Independently applies judgment to resolve and/orrefers complaints or issues as appropriate. Arranges for complex logistical needs. Coordinates travel, accommodation and off-site event arrangements. Coordinates electronic and LCD equipment for web and conference meetings, invites appropriate personnel. Maintains documents, files, and policies or procedures. Prepares reports or presentations with minimal direction. Composes and/or transcribes letters and other documents as needed. Responsible for a variety of projects as assigned. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: 5+ year's professional experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Level Executive(s) required. Healthcare or Medical Industry experience preferred. Advanced MS Office - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent Oral and Written Communication.
