Business Development Manager - Direct Hire
Sacramento, CA | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Develop a situation analysis of the company including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business. Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers. Make telephone calls and in-person prospecting visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers. Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine theirpotential. Engage with Marketing and Sales to generate and follow up on leads. Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Secure sufficient financial resources for future development or expansion. Maintain existing accounts and generate revenue from existing customers. Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience. BA/BS Degree required. Outstanding communication skills and ability to negotiate. Highly professional with excellent presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships. Ability to Develop Market and Industry Knowledge and Insights. Organization and leadership skills. Motivation for Sales and Growth. Ability to work collaboratively. Strong analytical skills. Travel 15%.
