We are recruiting for a Business Analyst to join this amazing company and support the growth of an e-commerce division that is preparing for rapid expansion. This is a 6 month temporary opportunity with potential to be long term. The Business Analyst will work with the marketing and business operations team to turn data into insights through identification of key metrics and creation of data visualizations tools and dashboards. The role will also support the development of modeling tools that provide intelligence to drive critical business decisions.

Responsibilities: Streamlines and automates practices and procedures, making recommendations for improvement. Document existing and proposed workflows from start to finish to be presented to business teams. Identify meaningful patterns and concerns, analyze them, and collaboratively work with business teams to find resolutions. Create processes and standard operating procedures and document them online appropriately. Maintains and expands website and email reporting using Google Analytics and other vendor data sources. Champion the deliveryof new ecommerce capabilities alongside cross-functional teams. Collaborate with teams to identify and troubleshootproduction problems. Provides analytical support for marketing campaigns and segmentation. Writes SQL queries to perform data analysis and creates reports from the data analysis to support business needs.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years' experience analyzing data from multiple sources and creating reports. E-commerce experience highly desired. Demonstrated experience in analyzing, reportingand communicating data. Strong ability to use analytical tools supporting data analysis and reporting (Tableau, Qlikview, Power BL, or similar). Experience using SQL for analytic research. Understanding of online metrics and experience using web analytic tools (google Analytics, Omniture, etc.). Basic knowledge of high level programming languages such as VBA or Python.

Pay: $35-$38/hour
