We are currently recruiting for a polished, professional Receptionist for our client in Sacramento. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for a non-profit organization. Ideal candidates will have excellentcustomer service and a friendly demeanor. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This is a temporary opportunity through December.

Responsibilities: Welcome and greet visitors to the office. Determine the nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate staff. Answer and route all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system. Receive and distribute faxes to appropriate staff. Respond to general information inquiries with accuracy. Provide back-up support to the Office Manager. Perform general administrative/clerical tasks. Follow established procedures and guidelines for the front desk. Keep the area clean, tidy and presentable. Provide Mail Room support, as needed.

Requirements: 2+ years' experience working as a receptionist in a corporate setting. Bilingual Spanish Required. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Must type 35wpm and will be tested on typing speed. Strongcustomer service. Ability to use good judgement. Excellent multi-tasking abilities and strong attention to detail.Must be able to clear a criminal background check.
