We are recruiting for a Bilingual Spanish Office Assistant for our client based out of the Natomas area of Sacramento. This is a temporary to hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience. Bilingual Spanish is required for this position.

Responsibilities: Responsible for providing general office administrative support. Answer Phones, Data Entry, Filing, Faxing, Mail and Calendaring. Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings. Support Accounting team with tracking invoices. Provide project support as needed. Process mail and postage. Order supplies and maintain inventory for the department. Respond to queries and other office needs as required.

Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of Administrative experience. Bilingual Spanish required. Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook with excellent Data Entry. Must have proven organization, multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities. Strong Communication skills and Attention to Detail is required. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Pay: $15-$16/hour.
