Bilingual Client Support
Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations: answering the phone, greeting and directing visitors, and office administrative tasks. Heavy data entry. Provide general clerical support for team members. Prepare correspondence and send out memos. Gather, organize and compile reports. Maintain filing system (electronic and hard). Audit files for accuracy and assist with data collection. Maintain database; make appropriate changes and updates/additions. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: 2 years' experience in an administrative role. Bilingual Spanish required. Excellent typing skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong critical thinking ability. Must be open to becoming notarized, which the company will organize. Proficient Microsoft Office skills. Ability to work independently in a small office.
