Responsibilities: Administer benefits and retirement plans from start to finish. Consult employees regarding benefit options, forms to complete, and facilitate enrollment. Accurately calculate benefits for eligible recipients. Document and input all plan and data into the company system, includingupdating changes as needed. Manage and configure benefits software. Support Human Resources and Payroll teams with any research, reporting or special projects as needed related to the company's benefit programs. Perform data research and data base updates. Audit and reconcile benefits data regularly. Manage communication and coordination between multiple third party vendors. Continuously support any benefits related inquiries. Manage team of three direct reports.
Requirements: BA/BS degree in business or relevant field of study or equivalent education and experience. 5+ years of Human Resources and Benefits Administration experience. Experience with Retirement benefits, plan administration, and ERISA law required. Benefits software experience required. Experiencewith CDBS preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel preferred. Ability to thinkcritically and problem solve. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong interpersonal and customer serviceskills.
