Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and collect data from policyholders, responding to inquiries appropriately. Process data audits and conduct an analysis of discrepancies.Resolve any discrepancies revealed during data analysis with the policyholders. Manage entering data and documentation of analysis and results of findings. Produce reports regarding analysis findings and results. Continuously analyze the audit process and provide suggestions for improvement. Consistently ensure accuracy of auditing and documentation. Communicate audit findings to team. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience. Experience with workers compensation and/or auditing required. Call center experience highly preferred. Commercial insurance experience a plus. Ability to multitask in a timely manner. Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Ability to think critically and problem solve. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong oral and written communication.
