Assistant Trust Advisor - Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Coordinate account administrative tasks by ensuring prompt execution and follow-up. Respond to partner and client service requests by obtaining necessary information and documentation, communicating with client and vendors as required for resolution of issues. Execute daily client activity; overseestransaction processing; ensures accurate set up and review of fees. Document services provided and any specialized procedures for client relationships. Ongoing written and verbal communication with clients as appropriate in managing daily activity. Provide prompt, courteous assistance to clients and staff. Schedule meetings. Initiate contact with clients on routine transactions. Review accounts for accuracy. Initiate and/or recommend activity where necessary. Open and close accounts. Prepare and/or analyze various reports. Perform backup responsibilities for other Trust Associates and Operations staff. Prepare client presentation materials.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year related experience. Bachelor's degree required. Superior customer care and clientservice skills. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. Detail oriented and highly organized. Enthusiastic and conscientious; comfortable working with families of disabled minors or adults. Resourceful with desire to learn and grow. Patient and compassionate demeanor. Spanish bilingual skills a plus.
