Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the team. Answer incoming calls and greet visitors. Arrange meetings (in person and virtual), including coordinating all meeting logistics and catering, developing agendas and meeting materials, etc.). Send, receive and sort mail daily. Draft correspondence and presentations. Partner with external vendors; negotiate rates, coordinate catering, set up and break down of all catered events. Administratively support leadership team as needed, including supporting candidates interviewing onsite with their daily schedules. Assist with managing the inventory of office supplies. Assist with managing service calls for the building. Ensure that meeting rooms, kitchen and reception area are all kept tidy and stocked with necessary supplies. Assist with preparing for employing events.
Requirements: 4+ years of administrative experience in an office setting. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Ability to protect confidential information. Analytical with critical thinking skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
