Responsibilities: Provide proactive assistance to clients by taking calls and routing as appropriate. Answer questions, resolve client issues, reschedule appointments as needed. Provide administrative support: scanning, faxing, assembling materials, scheduling conference rooms. Greet and direct visitors. Maintain inventory of office supplies. Distribute/collect/process mail. Prepare correspondence and communications, reports, and other materials. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience including public contact and customer service. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Intermediate MS Office skills. Type 50 wpm. Effective communicator with emphasis on customer service. Ability to use good judgement. Must be able to clear a criminal background check.
