Responsibilities: Provide routine administrative/clerical tasks and actively seek to help others as needed. Maintain and organize files, records and tracking log. Answer phones and direct calls/take messages as appropriate. Respond to emails from clients. Data entry as assigned. Manage plan submission to subcontractors/suppliers. Assist with mailings. Make entries into the check and deposit logs.
Requirements: 2 years' experience in a receptionist or administrative role. High School Diploma required. Strong technical skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Professional demeanor. Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: $15.00-$16.00/hour DOE.
