We are searching for a temporary Administrative Assistant for our client located in Auburn, CA. The Administrative Assistant position will be responsible for general department support. This is an immediate need for a temporary project.

Responsibilities: Responsible for providing general administrative support to the office. Answering Phones, Data Entry, Filing, Faxing, Mail and Calendaring. Assist with various logistics coordinating needs for meetings and luncheons. Respond to queries and other office needs as required.

Requirements: Must have at least 2 years Receptionist or Administrative Assistant experience. Proficient in MSWord, Excel & Outlook with excellent Data Entry. Must have proven organization, multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities. Strong Communication skills and Attention to Detail is required.
