Administrative Assistant (Part Time)
Downtown Sac, CA
Responsibilities: Answer phones; greet visitors. Enter checks/data entry into QuickBooks. Monthly Newsletter (Publisher). Process invoices. Produce correspondence letters to sponsors for annual event. Assist with membership queries. Clerical duties: making copies, printing, scanning etc. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Experience using QuickBooks and Publisher a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Ability to use good judgement andmust be able to clear a criminal background check.
