Accounts Payable Supervisor
Responsibilities: Oversee the month-end close process and related accounting staff in general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable and deduction management. Establish, implement and monitor appropriate internal controls and policies to ensure conformance and compliance with U.S. GAAP. Prepareand provide analysis over monthly financial reporting to the Management Team. Communicate with other department managers regarding financial results in a timely manner as needed. Supervise daily activities of accounting staff. Assist with preparation of accurate and timely consolidated audited financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Other duties as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, orBusiness concentrations. Experience in general accounting as typically acquired in 4 or more years. Proven ability to work with, train and coach other team members with at least 2 years supervisory experience. Ability to work in afast-paced environment with on-going deadlines is preferred. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. AdvancedExcel skills required. Ability to provide constructive feedback to management and team members to support continuous improvement.
