Accounting Manager - Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable administration. Monthly bank reconciliations. Monthly close process in accordance with GAAP. Monthly financial statements and management reports, as needed. Manage the general ledger and post all journal entries. Has experience with cost accounting. Miscellaneous local and state tax compliance.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum seven (5) years accounting experience required. Experience working with QuickBooks required. Comprehensive understanding of financial accounting and reporting according to US GAAP. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly detail oriented and organized. Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction to accomplish objectives. Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Advanced MicrosoftOffice skills, particularly Excel.
