Accounting Manager - Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Oversees the general fiscal processes and procedures including budget/expense monitoring, requests for payment, payroll, A/P, A/R, cost accounting, financial reporting and maintenance of the general ledger. Monitor and prepare monthly reports on actual revenues and expenditures againstbudgeted projections. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. Analyze and report cost variances. . Coordinate and prepare monthly and annual financial statements. Completes reconciliation of General Ledger and month-end close including preparation of journal entries. Manages and monitors cash flow. Monitor outstanding short/long-term loans. Payroll administration & preparation for payroll service.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or in Business with an Accounting emphasis. 5 years' work experience in accounting leadership role Demonstrated experience preparing financial statements and reporting. Excellent time management and complex problem solving ability.
