Responsibilities: G/L account reconciliation and analysis process. Posting journal entries, including prepaid and accruals, cash, depreciation and amortization transactions.Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Employee expense reports. Back up for in-house payroll processing. Ad-hoc reporting, financial schedules and analysis as required. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: 2+ years' experience in an accounting department. High School diploma required; college degree preferred with emphasis in accounting. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task in a busy, professional environment. Candidates must be able to clear a background check and drug screening. Effectively manage several projects or tasks at once. Intermediate knowledge of MS-Excel. Candidates will be tested. Ability to be flexible with job duties to assist with varying business needs.
