Responsibilities: Provides internal and external customer service at a high level. Produces accurate quotation and order documentation. Researches and resolves order discrepancies. Researches product and pricing information for quotes and proposals. Produces professional correspondence, and documentation. Provides support over the phone for customer inquiries. Schedules and monitors timeframes to assure they meet the customer's needs. Creates and processes service orders; schedules service installation.
Requirements: High School graduate. 3-5 years' experience with B2B customer service, sales, project or order management. Design, Architectural, or Technology industry experience preferred. Experience with an ERP system a plus. Excellent writing skills; grammar, spelling, business correspondence. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong customer service orientation. High sense of urgency. Excellent follow-up skills.
