(Part Time) Recruiting Coordinator
Sacramento, CA | Temporary Position
Responsibilities: Work with hiring managers and HR Recruitment team to meet high volume staffing needs. Assist recruiters to Identify potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, social media, employee referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline. Assist with screening prospective candidates to apply for open positions. Coordinate all administrative tasks involved in the recruiting process; running background checks, follow up on drug screens, coordinate interviews, manage email and phone communication with candidates with pre-screening, interviews or new hire process. Conduct follow-up with hiring managers and applicants to determine the effectiveness of the recruiting plans and ensure positive candidate experience. Other support tasks as needed by the HR and Recruiting team.
Requirements: 1-2 years of human resources orrecruiting experience preferred. 2-5 years administration and high volume coordination experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to support recruiters to source, interview and close positions in a timely manner. Must have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft products. Ability to interface and present to senior management. Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task without compromisingquality or service.
