Join a national Industrial Equipment specialist who is expanding their highly competitive and successful Northern CA Sales team. We are recruiting expert Industrial equipment Sales Engineers with proven success in maximizing sales volume and profitability. The Sales Engineers will hold an integral role in the direct sales activity and expansion of Industrial Equipment Service contracts (preventative maintenance service contracts) with defined accounts in the greater Bay Area region. The ideal candidate will be a strong sales driver who is not intimidated by a larger territory with new and returning opportunities available to win. Responsibilities: Prospecting new and drifted accounts in the Bay Area region to generate revenue through preventative maintenance service contracts. Design and engineer product service solutions.Effectively manage quote log and follow up as needed. Work with local utility company to process rebates for energysavings. Increase rapport with customer via effective troubleshooting of service needs. Stay current with developments in all company products and offerings. Provide training to customers and sub-distribution. Achieve aggressive Business Plan sales goals.

Requirements: 3-5 years Industrial Equipment and Service Salesexperience required. 2+ years Compressor Industry experience preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred; degree in Business, Marketing or Management considered. Extremely proficient in Excel, CRM, search engines and database management. General knowledge of industrial products including compressed air products and markets. Ability to create and manage marketing plans and strategies. Exceptional communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter. Must be able to travel frequently by air travel to attend trainings and sales meetings.
