Training and Development Specialist - Direct Hire
Sacramento, California | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: In collaboration with the Training Manager, prepare and facilitate training and or training programs as they relate to HR. Develop, coordinate, and facilitate content related to new hire orientation program. Maintain accurate database of all training completed by all employees. Model, mentor, and monitor appropriate Career Success Standards. Identify training needs/gaps and develop strategies to address needs. Coordinate and organize training program logistics to include course scheduling, participant enrollment, assembling necessary training materials, classroom setup, and other related functions. Develop ad-hoc training reports as needed to conduct data analysis and validation.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' HR Training experience. Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior, Adult Learning, Human Resources or other closely related field. Demonstrated experience developing, analyzing and measuring classroom and online instructional training programs. Proven track record of creating and implementing successful learning solutions. Extensive knowledge of employee training and development programs and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient with MS Office Suite. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of individuals both internally and externally.
