This Manager will work with leadership to strategically define and implement the direction of the newly created division. The ideal candidate will understand the dynamics to lead in a technology and service oriented environment while driving quality end-user experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops standard operational and working practices to ensure compliance with company standards. Responsible for planning departmental operations by establishing priorities and sequences for performance of job tasks. Drive improvement in metrics in key areas of responsibility. Responsible for: developing people; improving processes; reducing costs; quality monitoring and improvements and ensuring superior customer service. Effective in generating results while enhancing an environment that supports the Company philosophy of Service excellence. Interacting with customers to ensure highest quality service possible is delivered. Create and execute department objectives in meeting company commitments. QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years' experience in Technology or Service Industry Operations Management, with emphasis in effective process improvement and implementation of system processes. Strong hands-on leadership in developing departments and direct reports. BA Degree in Business, Project Managementor relative field preferred. Proven Strategic Planning and Implementations resulting in positive results. Excellent Written & Oral Communication skills. Solutions oriented, Systems organized and a Driver. Ability to work in, and promote a team oriented environment. Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines. Must be able to provide quantifiable and proven Continuous Improvement & Efficiencies success.
