Senior Human Resources Generalist - Direct Hire
Sacramento, California | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Employee relations, handle escalated issues, conducting investigations, coaching/assisting management with employee performance issues. Termination review with corporate, coach managers, assist with delivery, and coordination of exiting logistics. Deactivate exiting employees in SAP. Assist with roll out of corporate initiatives; implementation of systems, policies, and procedures. Assist upper management with employee requests. Generate Reporting for Corporate on various employee data. Complete EEO1 and OSHA reporting. Assist with: Payroll (Canadian and US taxation), payroll issues, payroll review, Immigration, Benefits Audits, 401K, and Leave management compliance. Coordinate New Hires/Onboarding: review offer letters, assist recruiting team with candidate when needed, participate in occasional interviews, oversee onboarding tool, and Input Hires into SAP.
Requirements: 5 years of HR Generalist experience. College degree preferred. PHR Certification preferred. Experience with SAP, ADP WorkForce Now, and Benetrac. Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to impart critical information to all levels of the organization. Must have knowledge of federal, state, and city lawsand regulations. Immigration experience a plus.
