Job Description

A leading logistics company dedicated to providing first class distribution solutions has an opportunity for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to assist with seasonal hiring. The ideal candidate will have recruitment coordinating experience in a high volume environment. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers throughout the country to hire a large volume of positions for the company's peak season. This is a temporary project through the company's peak season and a chance to partner with a national organization that strongly values its employees!

Responsibilities: Work with hiring managers and HR Recruitment team to meet high volume staffing needs. Heavy scheduling; managing calendar invitations both locally and across multiple time zones. Assist with jobpostings and employment reference checks. Coordinate all administrative tasks involved in the recruiting process; running background checks, follow up on drug screens, coordinate interviews, manage email and phone communication with candidates with pre-screening, interviews or new hire process. Other support tasks as needed by the HR and Recruiting team.

Requirements: 2 years of human resources or recruiting experience and high volume experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to support recruiters to source, interview and close positions in a timely manner. Must have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft products. Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task without compromising quality or service.
