Responsibilities: Act as primary receptionist: answers and forwards in-coming calls, greets clients and visitors and directs them to appropriate employee. Receives/opens/sorts/distributes dailyincoming and outgoing mail and packages. Oversees scheduling and management of daily conference rooms calendar and appearance of conference rooms. Reviews/responds/distributes email inquiries. Orders/receives/distributes/restocks Corporate Office and kitchen supplies. Creates/distributes/maintains bi-weekly Corporate Office Front Desk Coverage Schedule. Provides administrative services to corporate office employees by copying, filing and scanning documents. Collaborate with Hiring Manager during new employee on-boarding. Ensures Corporate office main receptionarea and main supply/copier/mail room are all clean and orderly. Performs HR duties as assigned and special projects as requested. Provides administrative support services to Corporate Office departments as needed.
Requirements: High School Diploma. 2-3 years' experience in reception work. Excellent customer service skills. Strong multitasking abilities. Highly organized and Professional. Independent thinker and self-driven. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to type 50+ wpm. Excellent oral and written communication.
