Project Account Manager - Direct Hire
Rancho Cordova, California | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Manage group performance: technicians and account managers. Direct and supervise activities of account manager personnel. Provide a consultative approach in identifying project needs (state requirements, report filings, updating customer information, updating case status, promoting and providing a concise product and service). Timely/Accurate Project Delivery. Maintain all client demands by actively communicating with them, ensuring any questions and/or concerns are resolved in a timely manner. Conduct project and case review. Deliver accurate tax credit reports for each working account with little to no error. Provide Technical Resource and Review. Project Billing Management. Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities. Effectively apply company methodology and enforce project standards. Research, develop and implement processes/best practices for new state and federal tax programs.
Requirements: 3-5 years' experience in a Project Management or Account Management role. BA/BS Degree preferred; High School Diploma required. Ability to build and maintain relationships, including change initiatives. Demonstrated effective management of teams and work groups. Ability to expresses oneself effectively both orally and in written form. Communicate plans and activities in a manner that supports strategies for employee involvement. Creative Problem Solving skills. Able to adapt to stressful situations.
