We are recruiting for an organized and detail oriented Program Manager for our client in Sacramento, CA. This position maintains productivity, compliance and quality standards of the company programs, attends leadership meetings and represents the organization to other organizations and funders. The Program Managerprovides supervision, administrative oversight, and program direction to both supervisors and line staff. This is afull time, direct hire opportunity!

Responsibilities: Provide program management to assure full compliance and revenue recovery for contracted services. Understand and develop budgets for all contracts in program and maintain knowledge of fiscal aspects of the program. Program development and implementation based on community needs. Develop collaboration, liaison, and outreach activities with the community-at-large. Ensure Utilization Review is performed on all aspects of program. Oversee program Quality Assurance activities. Contract review, negotiation and implementation. Participate in off-site meetings and community events. Make presentations to community groups and agencies. Uphold and manage all mandated reporting requirements for programs under direct oversight.

Requirements: 3-5 years' management experience in a healthcare environment. Master's-level degree and clinical license required (e.G. LCSW, MFT, LPCC, PhD, PsyD, etc.). Knowledge of management of social service programs, including fiscal management, personnel management, and quality assurance. Demonstrated leadership skills. Ability to determine different funding streams for company services. Knowledge and skill working with culturally diverse populations. Demonstrated ability to design and operate a data collection andprogram review process to ensure continued program funding. Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills, including conflict resolution, crisis intervention, quality assurance, staff development, and performance appraisal. Effective time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and highly organized. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred.
